Product Warranty and Return Policy
All products purchased from Ajigo-Store are covered by a ninety (90) day (from the date of sale) limited warranty to be free of any defect. If during this period the product is found to be defective, Incavo will replace or repair (at Incavo's discretion) the defective product. All claims must be made in writing addressed to Incavo (e-mail is acceptable) and any return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization issued by Incavo.

All other warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed, including but not limited to, the disclaimer of any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipping
Incavo ships via UPS. The ship rates are calculated directly from UPS. Orders received prior to 10:00AM on a business day will ship the same day. All other orders will ship the next business day.
